Site news - Downloading Errors

Written at 29 May 2008 on 03:54 Edited at 30 Nov -0001 on 00:00

Is anyone having problems downloadign covers? Every time I try to download one I get the download dialogue box that pops up and then disappears automatically with nothing downloaded. It subtracts my credits too. It does this with anything I try (save as, open, save target as, etc.) Anyone else?

I had that problem once as well.. But that was my Firefox fucking around with me. I pushed the "download" button 5 times before I got it right.

I just tried to download a poster (my first attempt since the new update) and I got this message:

Yeah that's correct. However it's fixed now. You didn't lose any credits right?

I should have 90+ credits but it doesn't show that I have any.

You have no uploads and there are no posters in approval page uploaded by you, credits bought should be at least 100. So, why would you have to have 90+ credits?

Hi,

I have paid for 100 credits and the money has come out of my account via paypal yet my movieposter account still says that I have 0 credits.

I was wondering why this was?

When did you buy the credits? You can email me at martijn at movieposterdb dot com. Make sure you also include the transaction id.
